		<description>Perhaps the public option might provide for reimbursement on those cases in which we would normally get nothing. However if all of our calls were reimbursed at Medicare / Medicaid rates, we would go out of business for sure.  Private insurance is the only thing keeping our heads above water right now.

They&#039;re getting it for nothing now if they can&#039;t pay out of pocket. At least this way, there is something for 911 services to offer.
